Today is one of the most difficult and, at the same time, most gorgeous route of the tour.  We will begin by walking from Becho in the early hours of the morning.  The farther we make our way from the village and the closer we get to Ushba, it will not be long until its glacier comes into sight and a steep, serpentine path will begin.   When we reach Guli Pass (2,945 m.) we will have the sensation we can touch Ushba’s summit.  We will see rocky mountains from above and mountain eagles in flight in a circle.  From here we will descend down a steep path to Mestia, which is surrounded by deck bushes, ice bridges and the cold springs. Day 8: Mestia – Mulakhi
Today we will go from Mestia to Mulakhi village.  Our route passes through meadow and forested areas.  After several hours the village of Mulakhi will unfold before our eyes, where centuries-old towers stand to this day, whose history of construction is veiled in mystery.  From afar the village is reminiscent of a drawing.  Svans selected an ideal place to build a village.  The most exquisite Svanetian dishes await us in the village. Dinner and overnight at a guesthouse in Mulakhi (shared facilities). ?650m ? 520m (walking time 4-5 hours)
Day 9: Mulakhi-Adishi
In the morning we start walking from the village and take the forest path which will bring us up to Ughvi Pass (2,480 m.).  From here the impressive scenery of the Greater Caucasus can be viewed.  The path once again takes us into a muddy forest, where numerous, ice-cold springs and streams can be found as we descend.  We will pass by expansive fields, and we will be able to gaze down upon the village of Adashi from above. A feeling of “Wow”, of being awestruck, is inevitable here. There are only several families remaining in the village.  To this day the ancient towers stand, whose owners are quite proud of them.  Prepare yourself to become acquainted with village life and be left with authentic impressions of life here. Dinner and overnight at a guesthouse in Adishi (basic shared facilities)

Tetnuli (4,800 m.), the green field and the mountain flowers, the tapestry of colors, will remain forever imprinted in our memories.  Soon Ushba will rise into the horizon.  Those who ascend Chkhutnieri Pass (2730 m) will have the sensation that they can touch the peak of Tetnuli and clouds with their hands.  We will descend down from the pass and make our way to the village of Iprari.
